After seeing occasional mentions of it on the SL headlines, I finally started having a look at the DraxFiles. Each is an interview with a builder in SL who’s making the things that make Second Life such an interesting place. I’ve got through the first four episodes but there’re plenty more I have to catch up on.
While most episodes feature somebody who’s selling stuff in SL, it’s not just a shopping channel. The real focus is the builders themselves. What motivates them? What inspires them? What is their creative process? What is it like for them to work in world?
The videos are not more than five minutes long and very well produced. Drop by Draxtor Despres’ YouTube page and have a browse. (And for pure entertainment don’t neglect the Flufee on a Meshion videos.)
